Ingredients for Crispy Skin Potatoes

1 pack of Dr. Parsy baby potatoes

2 tablespoons of melted butter

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper

1.5 teaspoons of salt

1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

How to Make Crispy Skin Potatoes Recipe?
Wash the potatoes well and cut them in half. If the peels are very dusty, remove the dirt with the hard front surface of a clean scouring sponge.
Then transfer your potatoes into the pot filled with plenty of water.
Add some salt and turmeric into it and boil it for about 8-12 minutes until it softens slightly.
Take it out and gently press the tops with the help of a glass.
Then transfer it into a bowl. Add melted butter, olive oil, lemon zest, salt and spices and mix well.
Transfer your potatoes to a greased and oven-heated cast iron skillet. If you do not have a pan, you can transfer it to a greased ceramic baking dish or on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake your potatoes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until they are well browned.
Take it out and enjoy it.
