Shallot Stew

Ingredients for Stew Recipe

  • 800 grams of lean meat

  • 1 pack of Dr. Parsy shallot onion

  • 10 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 bay leaf

How to Make a Stew Recipe?

Wash the lean cubed meats in plenty of water and dry them with a paper towel.

Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan. Take the cubed meat and cook it on high heat until it absorbs its own juice. Add the vegetables and continue frying.

 

Add enough hot water to cover the meat and continue cooking on medium heat in the pot you left open.

 

Remove the skins of the shallots and garlic and leave them whole.

 

Add tomato paste, shallot, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and bay leaf to the softened meat and mix.

 

Add enough hot water to cover it with a finger thickness and continue cooking on low heat. Add butter in between for consistency and flavor.

 

When the onions and garlics soften, serve hot with tomato paste sauce.
